BoJ's Ueda: Will react quickly if long-term interest rates climb sharply.

Governor Kazuo of the Bank of Japan (BoJ) explains the Bank's decision to maintain the interest rate at 0.5% for the third consecutive meeting during a press conference on Tuesday.
