In June, German industrial production increased 0.2% MoM, exceeding predictions of 0.1%.

According to the most recent data released by Destatis on Friday, Germany's industrial production increased 0.2% month over month (MoM) in June. Although the growth was slower than the earlier report of 0.7%, which was lowered from 0.9%, it was still faster than the 0.1% prediction.

After staying steady in May, industrial sector activity in the economic powerhouse of the Eurozone decreased by 0.1% Year-over-Year (YoY) in June, according to numbers adjusted for seasonal and calendar impacts, according to the federal statistics body Destatis.
